Of course, I would highly recommend a property management company that is a member of the RPOA. Check out the list online at our website http://rpoaonline.org/member-and.../membership-vendors.cfm and sort by Property Management in the Business drop-do wn list box. The companies listed in blue are "referred vendors." These are companies that other members have recommended and we have checked references regarding professionalism, price and quality. Which ever company you choose, make sure that their staff is licensed correctly and check references!
