We used Mr Appliance, their fix worked for 1 load of laundry and they told us too bad, it was working when we left.. $300 to them and then a whole new washing machine, they refused to answer our calls after that.. Would NOT recommend!

MPF Appliance is great, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I had to use Mr. Appliance for a warranty job and they did more damage than repair:( I was completely unsatisfied. Interestingly, they no longer do warranty work for my manufacturer.

I have used both. MPF would be my preference. I had no issues with Mr Appliance. I have also used superior mobile appliance, horrible experience there. Would not recommend at all.
