Ouch! Jamie Biggs-Tillotson if sui Mai is your dad's favorite then tell him not to get his hopes up. I don't know what the deal is with GP and not being able to produce the same typical dim sum you find in any other city in the world. But it's the next best thing for sure. A lot better than the cat mint that used to be there.

Hong Kong has dim sum until 3 am, though I have never had good dim sum in Grande Prairie. Their Sui Mai is pretty good, but it is pork only, no shrimp. Shrimp dumplings are not so great, but their chickens feet kicks ass
