I have used a company called Phillips Basement Waterproofing for years. Water in basement is not usually due to plumbing unless it's a broken pipe. If it is due to a tile (most old houses have these drains) you will need Phillips as they deal with structural. They are reasonably priced and will not upsell something you don't need.
