GRCC has their own dental clinic on campus. Give them a call (616-234-4237)... they do a great job for a very cheap price.

When I didn't have dental insurance, my dentist accepted Care Credit and helped me set up an account. With Care Credit, you have 6 months to pay the bill with no interest. I have insurance now but, since then have also found out that my veterinarian accepts Care Credit and it has been very useful during expensive vet visits.

I go to Dr. Keith Combs. 2411 Byron Station dr. Byron Center 878-1587 I hate needles too and he makes it feel like you're not getting a shot at all.

My dentist is wonderful. He will not do ANYthing that is not completely necessary. I tried to switch to an office in Hudsonville when we moved, and they suspiciously told me I had 7 cavities (I've only had one in my life). I went back to my old office and he didn't find a flippin' thing. He doesn't take advantage of patients like some apparently do! keep in mind I've had 6 major jaw surgeries, so you may as well throw me to a pack of wolves before I'm willing to have a procedure done. I'm never nervous going there! Dr. Mehling, on 5 mile between the e. beltline and Plainfield. Not sure how their billing works, but I would call and check for sure!!

Dr. Wolfe at Georgetown Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Jenison, only like 5 minutes from Grandville. He is super nice and does a great job. Steve has had to have a lot of work done bc he has bad teeth, and always has great service. I started going there after having issues at our old dentist in Wayland and love them.

Northway Family Dentistry in Granville! My mom has worked there for years. Wish I could still go there bc I've not been able to find a place I like since. Thy can also refer you to an orthodontist.

Dr Dew, Metro Dental Associates at 52 nd and Clyde Park. Just started there, and I really like them, I was very up front about my fears, (I hate dental work) Very thorough, very accommodating. I have been to a few different dentists, including the local ones, Dorr and Wayland, had one for years in Grandville, but he became too big. I am very, very picky and a big ole baby about my teeth, so far, this place feels like a good fit.

Whatever you do stay away from Aspen Dental!!!!! I would post more,but that would be defamation.

Also, for a family doctor Mikey and I both love Dr. Gary Sackett at the Metro Health Jenison office, but only him. I wouldn't suggest the other two doctors there. They're not bad, I just feel like they try to rush through things more and don't care quite as much about each patient.

Dr McCoy at 44 th and Kalamazoo is great... And a Michigan fan!

Dr. Doublestein, he's on old 44 th St. just before Canal. Very nice guy, does good work!

We love Dr. Klein, right around the corner from you on corner of 44 th and Ivanrest. Love Kristy, the hygienist and the whole staff. They are all so nice!

I go to Doug Borst in Jenison and really like him and his staff. Not sure if he's taking new patients.
