I don't know if they have surgeons, but Siskiyou Community Dental works on a sliding scale.

Dr. Logan at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Medford. You get a 25% discount for being a patient from Grants Pass and they are very nice. Call and talk to them.
