Anyone have a recommendation for a good dermatologist? That's good with kids?
Kristen G. replied:
Call the pediatrician and ask them bc most dermatologist have a waiting list and/or do not accept pediatric pts or without a referral anyways. We went to Dr. Thrash in the medical plaza and I didnt like that office.
Carolyn A. replied:
We go to Dr. Ghali in Grapevine. It takes a little bit if a drive to get to him, but he is by far the best pedi derm we have been to! http://www.pediatricderm.com/

Anybody recommend a good dermatologist for my 2 year old?
Adrienne B. replied:
http://www.pediatricderm.com/ Saw a nurse practitioner here for severe diaper rash when our general pediatrician was out of ideas. He was great and gave us a treatment that worked in a day. I have heard they only accept patients referred by physician but I'm not 100% on that.
Elizabeth S. replied:
I think Dr. Ghali is the ONLY pediatric dermatologist.

Mrs Dawn when we lived in Texas we used Dr Bowers from Jr. High to HS for Rachel. I thought she was very conservative which I liked at first but when after four years things weren't working I had to throw a fit to get her to try something else. But that was like 10 years ago know. Just my experience.
