Dean Andrews, used him for 11 years with no problems! 07770405598. But as Louisa Fear said - look on the link she posted of the dentists which are registered in this area. I would NEVER use a dentist which wasn't BAEDT approved. That's like going to a Doctor who's not qualified! x

Emily B. replied:
Andrew Tassey is fabulous 07727258538. Really kind and quiet x
Sophie H. replied:
James Arkley
Katerina S. replied:
Hi Tara. James does cover Skegness just not very often, maybe 3 times a month. As he is one of a only a few BEVA qualified EDTs who cover lincs his lead times are unfortunately extended compared to other unqualified EDTs, if you are able to manage the 8-10 week lead time then if you email bookings@jamesarkley.co.uk then we will be more than happy to provide you an appt. James has clients as far up as the Humber. another good place to find qualified EDTs is www.baedt.com

Recommendations for a dentist that covers west parley please? Thank you x
Linzi M. replied:
hiya Corrine - I would always recommend Anthony Tory for a natural approach. He has such a good manner around horses, is very patient and natural. That said, My boy was really unwell summer 2013 and after lots of tests and probing the problem was thought to be in his mouth. He was sedated and the power tools came out. It was more thorough I guess and easier with sedation and he got better pretty much instantaneously. I also had same vet do little one recently too as she hadn't been done in 3 years. For routine I would say Anthony otherwise Barn:-). hope that helps xx
Julia L. replied:
with Rachel you get what you pay for, Tony Rose is amazing I wouldn't let anyone whose been on a quick course touch my horses.
Paula S. replied:

Tom Elms Equine Dentist did a brilliant job with ours, very gentle and sympathetic and takes it at the horses pace, previously my mare needed to be sedated, trusted Tom completely
Leanne C. replied:
Andy Cross Equine Dentist, calm quiet, many many years experience x
Bev Rippon (she trained Amy I believe) and has sat as an examiner for other dentists looking to qualify but I do know she is very very busy, I have just made my horses next routine appointment for 9 months time and as a general rule Bev is booked at least 3 months in advance but is always worth contacting to see if there is a space

The best place to find qualified dentists in the area is the BEADT website, this is a link to the "Yorkshire" list http://www.baedt.com/?c=5403 - I had Chris Napthine out this morning to my horse and can recommend him
Laura W. replied:
York Equestrian is very useful to an awful lot of us & it needs it's rules to keep it's USP of being a selling site. There are plenty of other places for discussions. This is not it.
Sarah R. replied:
Hi Stacy, were sorry you are not happy with the group and you feel you need to set up another York Equestrian Group. We sometimes receive complaints from people which we feel we have to act on, otherwise it wouldn't be fair, therefore to try and accommodate everyone the normal box standard fb group rules were applied. We are more than happy to listen to any ideas from members and apply them if it helps its members and the group.
