I can highly recommend Soundcraft EFX 12 as a great 19 inch rack mount mixer with reverb. It also has 2 stereo inputs for music. Retail is around £300. The desk ships with a rack mount kit, however some sneaker retailers will take this out the box and ask for £40 to put it back in. The Peavey 14 is also a good desk. If you want some more features then Soundcraft MFXI are good, but cost more. Obviously there are many other great mixers, but I'm recommending these as I own and use them.
