Laurie, I had the hardest time finding a hair salon here but I went to Town & Country (now cactus) in the village and used Janette for color and Michele for cut- went to them for 12 years and would go back to them in a heartbeat. Both are awesome and well worth the money.

Studio Profile on Jericho near the Huntington Station Post Office. Been going to Dana forever. It can be tough to get an appointment on short notice, though.

Ben of Salon Mayon in Huntington village, where Classy Coffee used to be.

Monet Salon, on 25A in Northport. Tommy is the nicest person and he's a haircutting genius. Also for color. The women stylists all seem good, and everyone is really nice. Besides, it's in a great old house that has an interesting history.

Been going to John Bench for years. He's at Cactus on Main St in Huntington

Wild Orchids in Huntington village on prospect behind the library. Woman owned salon. Margo cuts my hair and Amanda is colorist. Great group of talented ladies. And they have their own parking lot!
Cheryl at Anthony Paul on Larkfield. I've followed her from another salon to this one because she's so good. Even if my hair's long overdue for a cut, I get compliments because her cuts grow out so nicely. She does Sarah's hair, too.
