Tuttles is junk since the Old guy passed away...Before when it was R&R it was great. Tuttle Shit service, called me a liar when I pointed out that they did not put an OEM bumper back on my Impala, and didnt put hood spacers on, used the wrong Grille the bottom half didnt match the top half. The paint was junk and didnt use a clear coat. Wait for the pics...I will post them.
