Home inspector recommendations? Hey folks!
We are currently in escrow on our first home and need a thorough inspection. Do any of you have a home inspector you could...

I used Adrian@Advantage Inspection, recommended him to a friend, and we were both super happy with the job he did. He spent 3-4 hours going over my house, at least an hour in the crawlspace, and pointed out some stuff that I would have never known was even an issue. Pricing was reasonable, too, and the report I got at the end was well organized with photos.

Realtor here, I use Fabian regularly (Fabian Upstate Home Inspections). He has 20 years of construction experience. All around good guy. PM me if you'd like his info. Congrats on the (soon to be) new home!

We used [Bruce Neely](http://elite-inspection.com/#our-inspectors-section), from [Elite Inspection](http://elite-inspection.com/), and were happy with him. He did a thorough job, finding dozens of things we wouldn't have seen, and followed up with the written report and photos within 24 hours.

I used Truluck. Very detailed and responsive. Answered all my questions and provided a very detailed report with pictures. [Truluck LLC](http://truluckconsulting.com/)

Brickkicker. Mac is the man. I have used him on 4 home purchases since 2009 and he is so detailed. I just dread each time I've sold me home thinking he might do the home inspection for my buyers. Lol.
Ok fb peeps! I need a referral of a good, reputable home inspector! Preferably one that you have actually used for your home inspection who did a good job!
Did you know I have a list of preferred vendors on my site? If you are looking for a lender, home inspector, painter, attorney, etc... I have the person for you!
