Not always that simple: if there's a hormonal balance. I'm looking forward to my saliva test at Shertech to see what bioidentical hormones I need. I eat right but years of Yoyo dieting has wrecked havoc on my metabolism and the stages of peri menopause are showing. Dr. Connie Ross is a Board cert in FP and Chinese herbal medicine teaches in Asheville but joined Back to 30 recently Amy. She's a good friend of mine. There's lots of good nutritionist out there but find one who solely believes in non GMO and raw https://www.facebook.com/BackTo30/posts/489654304489759:0

St. Francis hospital should have a variety of well trained nutritionist, my sister is a chemo nurse there and you can message her and I'm sure she can give you a recommendation. Majority of hospital based nutritionist are very knowledgable about a variety of illnesses including cancer.
