Dr. Nancy Elwartowski-Cooper is in Carmel and one of two in the state. Many do Peds, but aren't board certified. My daughter has been seeing her for about a month, and we are hopeful for progress. Definitely seeing some improvements in her migraines, and we're working on a list of medical issues. I'm pleased with the staff and professionalism of the office.

You need to go see my muscle therapist Keith Caskey. His FB page is Indy Muscle therapy. He is incredible. I bet he could have you fixed in a session or two.
Jamie H. replied:
Agreed, if it's going on that long u definitely need to see someone! Of course the big debate chiro or phys therapy, both have helped me in the past and been amazing, I love Dr Auton in Franklin and Bobby Lasiter at ATI Physical therapy in Franklin, both rock!

If it's been 3 weeks it's more than muscular. Stop the heat and switch to ice. If you have inflammation and you are putting heat onto something that's already inflamed then it creates more swelling and inflammation. Ice is an all natural anti inflammatory so that will decrease swelling and inflammation. Do ice 20 min on and 40 min off each hr. Ice with Aleve may help more. But maybe you need to come see Dr Dyer if it doesn't get better. We will take care of you!!
Robin G. replied:
Message Lauren Fulmer, she is my massage therapist. She takes away all my aches and pains, she's amazing!!! She has a location close to you, too!
