I don't know where Elizabeth City is, but Dr. Bolton at Wilson Veterinary Hospital used to do a good job. Not sure if he is still working... Wilson, NC.

Miner went to where my sister works Curt Locklear Southeastern Vet in Lumberton. Don't know how far that would be for them but we would recommend him.
