We found a buyer's agent and I would absolutely recommend him for buying a home. We didn't know what we wanted when we started and he helped us find a great house, and saved us ten of thousands by insisting on careful inspection of the house we bought. I've pretty much had a Murphy's Law experience with my whole process (on the seller end, not our end) and he has gone above and beyond to help make sure 1) I wasn't too stressed and 2) I get everything that I want. I also am pretty sure he never sleeps, as he responds to everything right away, no matter what time I email/text him. Same thing as the other poster, let me know if you go with him so I can tell him :-)
