You might try Geriatric Dental on SE Powell at about 63 rd. They seem to be aout 40 percent less and offer payment plans...http://www.wellness.com/dir/1511061/dentist/or/portland/geriatric-dental-group#referrer
Maria B. replied:
Thank you again! I learned "urgent" dental services across the board, approximately the same price. I learned to NEVER EVER use Gentle Dental again...no matter what the need AND I learned if your employer offers Dental insurance - take it! Recovering tonight.
Pam R. replied:
Maria: I used Gentle Dental to get my dentures...THEY WERE NOT VERY GENTLE! plus I had to pay them up front, so had to do a pre-pay plan...I won't ever go back to any gentle dental...we didn't get good dental care when we were kids, & we had a really mean dentist, so I avoided them at all cost! in the end it did cost me a bundle!! I made sure my nieces & nephews take good care of their teeth...told 'em they don't wanna turn out like Auntie!! Also, I'm changing the subject, but wanted to tell you how sorry I am to hear about Cornflake...thoughts & prayers to you and your family...
Amy S. replied:
Dr. Hansen and Archibald in Gresham near the chamber of commerce. They give us a lower rate for having no insurance and you can take your time paying. I may have hacked the spelling of their names so I'll verify that.
Pat G. replied:
Good luck. I suppose they are not qualified for a root canal out at the college??? You might try Dr. Kregor, not sure of spelling, on 181 st. You may have to be referred to him, though.
Karen S. replied:
Dr. Mark Darough....Troutdale...he's awesome
