Kathy Lyle holt I think that is a personal choice, as the word professional is used loosely by some & others take it very seriously and that is why they went to a professional school, and are trained by the best and truly love their craft, perhaps your daughters makeup artist applied with a heavy hand, or your daughter didn't express thoroughly her desires, and or perhaps they didn't do enough "dry runs".. There seems to be quite a few really good makeup artists on here replying which is awesome and I'm sure more than qualified, but "MOST" brides want to look magical, flawless, on there magical day, not like they do everyday! Good luck to whom ever gets this job!

Jacqueline Mazyck is a phenomenal make up artist. I recommend her, and I see at least one other person in this comment thread recommends her as well. She also perfects eyebrows and eyelashes. Her artistry is exceptional, and she listens to her clients.

Tanya Morris they also take a chance on looking worse! It is a personal choice and she is free to decide whichever she chooses. I'm just trying to warn her so the same thing doesn't happen to someone else. The makeup artist my daughter used was a trained professional and did a dry run. Her makeup looked great on the trial run but much different on her wedding day. I wish someone had warned us!
