Does anyone know about the paleo diet, my doctor recommended that I start that even though I am on weight watchers. I guess it helps balance out your body. Any thoughts?...
So I need some referrals of a good Dentist here in Cortland.... They must be friendly, actually care about their patient not just my money, and a clean office...So don't...

Try Star Dental out by Walmart. Across the road. I've gone there once after Groton Dental screwed up an extraction last year. I had better luck with Star Dental. Hopefully you will too.

Used to love Star Dental, but their customer services started sucking. I could recommend a great dentist in Tulsa lol!

Dr Douglas/Clifford. Or Dr Dentes. Both are really amazing! I wouldn't be able to chose which ones best, these dentists are equal in cleanliness & service.
