Hi All,
Bonus time is in, time to replace the a/c. Any recommendations on AC contractors? We don't just want to replace, we want to rebalance the whole AC system.

Waters Plumbing - does air conditioning too. Great guys

Jack Proctor came out last year on very short notice during a heat wave and got our a/c back online quickly. He knows his stuff, is easy to work with....I'd recommend him (and re-hire him) in a heartbeat. Here's his contact info (from the list maintained by the PML Association): JACK PROCTOR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING Commercial & Residential License: #313926 Address: P.O. Box 217, Big Oak Flat, CA 95305 Phone: (209) 962-6471 or (209) 678-8915 cell

Brad Brown from Astro air and heating! He's a local guy!
Bob A. replied:
Jack Proctor is the best. He has been around long enough to know all the issues for all the equipment.
Got a call on Friday while I was at work in the Bay Area; we had a main break and we lost 40,000 gallons of water. o.O Any recommendations for a plumbing contractor...
Joan K. replied:
Milt at Parrot Plumbing is great, reliable and finds the answer to every plumbing problem I have had!
Chuck A. replied:
If Joan spoke of Milt Lake-we used C&M Plumbing 25 years ago. I highly recommend. & Tammy, FYI. We also live in the Bay Area & have had our home in PML since 87. EVERYTIME(it's on our list) to return to San Jose we shut the water off at the main.

Call Parrott Plumbing here in Groveland. Milt Lake is the owner and excellent.
