Unfortunately it is difficult to know which treatment might be the most helpful without assessing you in person.

Why are all the comments in this thread being downvoted? These people are just trying to be helpful and recommend a place to get physio!

Hi there; I'm an athletic therapist, and focus on a lot of hands on manual treatment. Athletic therapy is a bit different from PT in that we work mainly with musculoskeletal conditions, where as a physio works with neuro, cardio, and respiratory systems as well. You can find out more about my clinic at www.alanagulkaathletictherapy.ca Also, when a patient books for an appointment, I spend minimum 30 minutes working with them.
geekyhistorian replied:
The chiropractors at the U of Guelph health center are amazing...don't need to be a student. Robert is an excellent marathon runner and he's helped me with so much more than just spinal adjustments. I have uneven leg lengths which causes all kinds of muscle problems. He keeps me injury free! https://www.uoguelph.ca/hpc/our-services/meet-our-team-chiropractic
