Catherine Ann to ensure you are getting optimal health and in the right quantity, this is what they recommend. I buy 2 bottles one month and 1 the next. Because we do eat very healthy and my kids love fruits and veggies, I give them each 2 a day even though 4 is recommended. But in the winter months I do give them 4 a day to make sure they are getting that extra amount and because I am not perfect and I know that we do ot get 6-12 servings of fruits nd veggies everyday. But the most important thing is the ANTIOXIDENT protection the kids get. Let me get some info and post if for you ladies to read. Then let me know your thoughts!
