I would never recommend Ottley Smiles to anyone. Dr. Pyritz in Pensacola is AMAZING. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his patients. The staff is top notch and prices are extremely reasonable. They have been in a losing battle with what was supposed to be a simple extraction done by OS. I ended up with a cracked jaw, exposed bone, bone fragments coming out the sides of my gums along my jawline, which then became abscessed and septic. When I called numerous times, left messages, and emailed the office I was told that I "had a tooth pulled and it's GOING to hurt." I have never felt so degraded, humiliated and spoken down to by a medical professional. He made me feel like a complete idiot. I am SO glad I trusted my gut, realized something was very wrong, and saw Dr. Pyritz. Without treatment this extraction could have quickly landed me in the hospital with much worse than I have now. 51 days out, after an incredible amount of pain, many days taken off of work, weekly dental visits for procedures, 4 rounds of antibiotics, and over a thousand dollars later, my life is finally getting back to normal. Check, check, and double check reviews and references. I wish I would have.

Richard Jongko, car is overheating and the coolant is draining out. Got stuck on the interstate yesterday morning. Finally got it to start again and got it to a gas station and filled it with water and it got me to work, but now it's stalling and making an awful noise when I accelerate. And I ONLY HAVE 1 PAYMENT LEFT ON IT! Jerk of a car!
