Good luck finding someone at Gwangju Immigration who understands what the words "innocent", "charges dropped" or anything else similar. That's the worst Immigration Office in Korea. English speaking lawyer' info is available upon inquiry(PM me). However, notary service is only available in Korean. You need qualified translator(proof of English major of the translator is needed upon your visit to notary office) for translation. Notary offices are available in downtown or Jisandong area. let me know if you need further info.
