there is one based in busan that has a webpage http://kangsantravel.com/ they helped me when i used to live that side of the coutry get flights to japan, jeju and home cant see why they wouldnt be able to help

Dont go anywhere. Use Jong-ho and Jeong-ha at soho@sohotravel.co.kr ... communicate in English by email and transfer funds to them via ATM. They have consistently gotten me the lowest or equal to lowest prices for six years, as they have for a variety of other foreigners. good for organizing visas, too.

There is a cheap place to stay in Seogwipo City called Jeju Hiking Inn. It's a short walk from the final bus stop (limosine bus from the airport)

The owner and operator of this guesthouse is an English teacher. It's a beautiful spot! The private rooms have ensuite bathrooms and a floor-to-ceiling windows with an ocean view to die for! Dustin Bennett, I would second the Marco Polo/Blue Bear Travel agency in pungam-dong. I used them and they were extremely friendly. they also spoke English very fluently. I got a double entry visa for $240.
