Dr. Lilah Hadad-Said located in the German Colony, her english is practically perfect - if I remember correctly, she spent time as a child, and was educated in Canada. I can recommend a great dentist- Dr. Horowitz Gershon. He's at Moria st. 63. He's the most decent dentist I have ever met, and looks very professional. He charge you only if you need treatment. I go to him every year and didn't pay him one shekel yet because he always say my teeth are fine and sends me home. You can speak with Dr. Permut (+972 4-825-7464). I think a consultation is about 100 NIS, but if it's broken and already hurting, my instinct says it will need work now, and the work will cost you anywhere you go. He's a graduate of NYU dental school, as I recall.
