absolutey, checkout Karin Kuhn she is@Maui Yoga Shala (at the old Paia Train depot) 8:30 - about 10:15 m-f vinyasa flow and saturdays same time is hip and shoulder opener (a slower paced weekend class!) We chant sutras to start each practice and Karin is very hands on and works closely with each student and corrects/adjusts as needed! She is the best and super sweet and fun too <3
