Youngs Mill is quiet and decent as long as you don't live on the fenced side where Aqueduct is your backyard like I did, it wasn't too bad on that side just on the weekends I called it club aqueduct because they would be playing music loud, but only he ard it really when I went on the balcony for a cigarette. The new management is really nice and maintenance are freaking awesome and funny as hell. They have hookups and facilities which I used both although to be honest the portable was a pain in the butt for me. Friendly neighbors. Offers affordable apartments and townhomes.
