its a real shame, my husband and i work for a wonderful lady that owns several houses and recently has been the worst, on southside they would not get out and once eviction went thru which was more money, they left house with all thier pets clothes possessions, the full size basement was i swear knee deep in trash, junk, dead dogs in bags, also left 4 or 5 great dane puppies 5 pythons 3 aquariums, one snake was loose without me knowing, i can go on, well i ssy we landlords need to stick together and come up with a black list, i have no problem to tell u who i have rented to, if we stick together maybe we could help turn this community around , i still cannpt believe the shape this house was in and i was knee deep in dead animals and live....my number is 573-795-7502, if onterested in black list or who i have rented to for the last 10 yrs and can go back further for the owner of the houses, call me i will be straight with u, and would like the same
