I'm in desperate need, but pretty traumatized by an earlier experience.

Does anyone know a good barber that has reasonable prices that could color my hair and trim it? Maybe old quarter area, Ha Dong or Tay Ho? Thanks!

John Fairfield: some members of staff there can speak English, not really well but they r good at understanding what u want. In fact, many foreigners go there. One of my British friend usually went there when she was in Haiphong n she liked the place much.
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced barbers where the staff speak English? Showing a photo on my phone doesn't always produce the best result!
