So I’ve just started back at the gym and determined to get back in shape. Can anyone recommend healthy Vietnamese food with a good amount of protein and decent places...

Hey guys. Two things.
1) I want to learn Vietnamese. Can anyone recommend a Vietnamese teacher in or around the Ha Dong area?
2) Are there any martial arts gyms around...

Anyone know if there are any public (pay per use) gymnastics gyms in the city? Or if private, how much a membership costs? Preferably with a foam pit for practicing...
Chúc mừng năm mới!
I'm looking for a gym in the Doi Can / Lac Long Quan area. Doesn't have to be fancy, just well well equipped. Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Body Style - 343 Doi Can. Or another one in 279 Doi Can.

Teekiu GYM in La Thanh Hotel (218 Doi Can) or GYM in Van Bao
Hải N. replied:
Manh Dung Gym, 249A Thuy Khue, sort of decent place
Henri T. replied:
MD Fitness is decent, quite busy from 5 to 7 but ok, you ll pay around 500.000 per month, Teekiu is really great, but more pricey around 1,000,000 per month (they often have package deal, special offer...) you can find other gyms in doi can street ( 1 is in 343 doi can and another one around 250...) they are cheaper but more limited

Hi! I am moving to Hanoi as an exchange student for 2 months. Do you happen to know if there is any good female-friendly gym near Hanoi Medical University?
Thuận N. replied:
Highly recommend Ares Fitness at no1 Xã Đàn. Pretty cheap and new
Christine T. replied:
Ohh I live literally opposite the Hanoi Medical Uni. My friend recommended Leo Fitness gym in Thai Ha that has swimming pool, classes (yoga, etc.) and everything else. I’m considering signing up for the gym after Tet holiday
Oiii!
Looking for a gym buddy with a California Lang Ha/ Times City membership! Been going there for a while, but could use some extra motivation!
