Good chance it is a broken spider arm. Common problem with this washing machine. I have one and needed to replace it. My Samsung was about 7 years old when it broke. You have to take apart the entire machine. Repair guy will probably recommend getting a new machine if it is the issue. https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/222806/Out+of+balance+during+spin+cycle
