I have and had on all my previous houses.... American Home Shield. They are a company that covers all home appliances,of they can't fix they will buy the same or similar quality appliance. It's about $40 a month and $50 service charge when they come. I got a new Trane central air unit, dishwasher and oven,other things were repaired. They will send out local repair ships they have contracts with. I highly recommend.
