Coghlan Villa Guesthouse in Greendale can accommodate 44 ( 22 Rooms) at really good prices including Breakfast. Lovely, clean, professionally run with a lovely garden.Also Argyle Apartments in Avondale. Very good value for money, but Bed only. Both within your Budget. Jessamy in Greendale also awesome. A bit over your Price Range though, but worth negotiating.
