Does anyone know of any reasonably priced Frail Care Homes, preferably in Harare/Ruwa/Marondera/Rusape - but I am willing to explore any and all options.

Sadly yes. The few places I have managed to get hold of have said that Frail Care or Assisted Care is a must, as stability on her feet is an issue and basics like showering, etc have to be supervised because of this, also eye sight has diminished drastically.

It is actually cheaper to hire 2 maids to look after her, one for day care and one for night. B. S. Leon Trust in Monavale is around $800 pm, Athol Evans is over $1,000 per month. There's also Borradaile Trust in Marondera, Eastern Highlands Trust in Mutare, Malvern Trust in Mvurwi. Try those.
