You can go and see Dr Austin Jeans (sp) he gave me advice on my feet and then recommended a doc down south.

I am having the same problem. Its called plantar fascitis i also have extremely flat feet. I ordered natural foot orthotics from the US at www.naturalfootorthotics.com am told they are super useful. Whilst ordering these go to Kenlink pharmacy they have some comfortable insoles you can cut to her size. For days let her spend most times with shoes with these insoles only remove when going to sleep after a few days the pain subsides. Good luck
