Dr. Stowers, but not harlingen it's Edinburg/mcallen area on McColl and one in Mission as well. But I love him he's awesome

It seems like nothing is working for me these days so I have to resort to professional medical assistance. LOL Thanks Kara, I didn't realize Dr. Maldonado is based out of the Harlingen Foot and Ankle Center. I read mixed reviews about him but hoping for the best!
