Check out Heartland veterinary. That's where I take my cat and they've been great.

We use Harrisonburg Animal Hospital. We have a high medical needs dog, and they've always been very attentive and easy to schedule with. For doggie day care, All About Paws does an excellent job as well.

Ashby and Heartland are the most expensive. Can't say more than that but both will come highly recommended.

I am super late to this, was just browsing through Harrisonburg posts because I haven’t been on this sub for awhile. If you haven’t found a vet or didn’t like one you saw, I recommend Copper Ridge in Mount Crawford. After having a lot of issues with one of our dogs who has allergies, we went there and saw Erica Vaughan and she fixed him up right away. Prescribed a medication no other vet had even mentioned and pretty much all of his symptoms were gone in a matter of days. I do like Anicira as an organization, though, and I’ve heard good things about Heartland. Hope you’ve found somewhere you like and that you’re enjoying Harrisonburg!
