Hi Tia, i can highly recommend Alice Elden to take care of your kids. She has taken care of my 3 children numerous amounts of times. When i was expecting my third child, it put my mind at ease knowing that she was around. She went above and beyond to m ake sure that I was ok, to the extent that she'd even bring dinner to my family. Her many years of experience,as well as the mothering nature that she has, i can assure you, you will not find anywhere else. For her being a nanny is not just a job, she puts her heart and soul.
Alice E. replied:

Susan Hunt did an amazing job with raising our daughter from a very early age due to my disability. She is a wonderful teacher and very flexible in a wonderful home environment with beautiful books filled with all the wonderful adventures and activities they do together. We only left as we moved regions and my daughter misses her terribly!

I'm not really sure about daycare as its been a long time (9 yrs)since I had my eldest in a daycare - back then they had a minimum of 2 days per week- may have changed somewhat since then?? in-home is different u state what you want and most educators are flexible you can do part days as well basically just pay for what u need. baby gets a great bond with the Educator as they only have the one carer day after day, you get to choose an educator which you are comfortable with. just another option for you to think about.... lookup the Porse website for more info www.porse.co.nz
