Talk to Chris. We went through this w the Mountaineer. It wouldnt hurt for you to go to Auto Zone and put a new battery in yourself. Very easy. Ive done it. Also, they can put the computer on your vehicle for free. Its a diagnostic test. Call Chris tomorrow.
