Offices never give forwarding information when doctors leave because the practice wants them to stay there. If you can't see your doctor in her new office, Dr Ryan at DCMH is awesome!!!

Went to Cohen for years did not like her wasted a lot of money for something I did not have. Keep telling her I that I believe I had rosacea and she kept saying no ... One visit and two weeks later with the right meds my rosacea was clearing up thanks to Dr Ryan (DCMH) give them a try
