I see a guy at Perth City Psychology. I managed to get it bulk billed through that 10 free sessions a year thing because I have a health care card. He's pretty good I reckon, I have anxiety and depression and he does the whole CBT thing.

She is incredible but unfortunately I saw her as a "youth" at another (government funded) clinic so can no longer see her privately due to conflict of interest. Nobody has compared since.

I'm sure someone will be able to recommend you a doctor soon enough in this thread, but in the meantime you can always speak to Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 224 636). Hoping you get the help you need soon.

Just because one was brilliant for them doesn't mean you will have that same success. Can be their style isn't what is going to meet your needs.
