The person I used was Gutter Guru 510-600-5619. Very thorough. Cleaned the raccoon and rat poop on the roof as well. Also checked the roof.

these guys (in pleasanton) can do pretty much anything you need. great gutter cleaning and the entire property will look better all around when they are done. reasonable price too. bonded and licensed and all that good stuff. commercial and residential. feel free to tell them that i sent you (i'm a regular customer but there's nothing in it for me. i just like to refer good people to good contractors.) good luck!
