Chiropractor: Eric Rubin at Northpoint Chiro clinic. Amazing. Adam--that's not shameless--you ARE the best! Acupuncture: Circle Community Acupuncture for low cost but little attention or Ilya Yacobson for incredible quality. I agree with Mia Cara for Danica. She did my hair for my wedding. Awesome woman

NextDoor is perfect for this type of question as you’ll get recommendations from neighbors. Ranges from $30-50 hour depending on what they do. You might try La Colectiva, a worker run cleaning service in the Mission: https://lacolectivasf.org/.

We used [Sparkling Clean Agency](https://www.sparklingcleanagency.com/locations/house-cleaning-san-francisco) this past fall. They did mostly a really good job; they spent more time on one room than we expected (but it needed it) and so were a little rushed for the rest of the apartment. If we had them back, they wouldn't have to spend as much time on that room. And the price would be in your range, I'm pretty sure.

Cleaning your space yourself can save you money and help you grow as a person. Clean your kitchen and bathroom yourself and treat yourself with the $3,600-$4,800 you’ll save annually.
obsolete_filmmaker replied:
If its out of your price range, then you cant afford it. No one should work for less than their worth to accomodate your problem...... you can rent steam cleaning devices and do it your self.....
