Hi All, I am looking for a good, honest mechanic. We have a 2004 Honda Pilot. Anywhere in Windsor, Healdsburg, or Santa Rosa area would be great! Thanks!
Erik E. replied:
Denise Andersen Do you have an emergency or are you looking to start a relationship with a shop to help maintain the vehicle? Tim Fincher in Healdsburg (Fincher's Automotive) has the best reputation that I know of (707) 431-2218. He has worked on our cars on and off in the family for years. I do almost all my own work on my Dodge, but when I need help above my skill level with our BMW's, North Bay Bavarian in Santa Rosa does the work. 707-545-0820. Fincher's has a line out the door every day so it won't be fast. If you have a mechanical emergency or need assistance figuring things out, hit me up with a PM, my son and I are hobby mechanics and happy to try and help.

The top rated mechanic (by professionals not consumers) in the entire north Bay Area works at Import Motor Works here in Healdsburg. He out-paced all peers and the previous instructor/rater. They work on all cars not just imports. One of the most mentioned shops in this thread treated me and my car with disrespect and damaged it beyond repair and I wanted to like them since everyone else did-but my experiences have led me to the best and that’s what’s important. Good luck-
