We use Dr. Mike Anglin for a pediatric dentist and love him. Find "Hewy Nosleep" on Facebook he has a daily blog about Helena. If your neighborhood does not have a pool "Gobblers Knob" or the Pelham YMCA are options. There is also A water park called Alabama Adventure about 30 min away. Helena is a great place to live. The bowling ally is Pelham has a "kids bowl free" summer program. Two local theaters have summer kids flicks movies two days a week.

I really like Dr Reed but he's way out by my office (280 hell). He's conservative in practice and generally a nice guy. Doesn't ever try to upsell unnecessary procedures which is my chief complaint about dentists.

I know it's a bit out of the way but I have been using Dr Ray Merrill in Pleasant Grove since 1988. I love him and he does white and silver fillings. His number is 744-8890.

We use Dr. Bordenca and Dr. Lauri Williams in alabaster. I went there as a kid too. Good bc they do orthodontics too. Love them.

I am exactly the same way...I had a traumatic childhood experience. I went to Dr. Albritton in Alabaster and she is wonderful, the staff is amazing. They have gone above and beyond to keep me comfortable so that I can continue treatment. I promise there is no one better, I have been to many!

Dr. Zanthos in Alabaster is my favorite ever. I am a real baby and he is wonderful. Will prescribe anti anxiety sedatives before a procedure if you wish or give you gas. Whatever makes you most comfortable.

I have panic attacks at the dentist after seeing Dr. Turner in Pelham. So I need someone who can really work with that fact. I don't want to be put to sleep or drugged though. My system can barely handle Advil so I'm a lightweight when it comes to that.

Inverness Smiles is a good place to go...can't think of Nailah's doctor's name at the moment!
