Sarah Hall if you get it done at Geeencross vet Caloundra they are very good. They also do keyhole surgery so no massive scar and stitches. My two cats came home awake and alert. They reverse the sleepy stuff.

Hi Kate, we do not have any NDN Vets in Emerald unfortunately. We do have a Vet in Burua which is 1 hr south of Rockhampton (near Gladstone). They offer discount desexing for people who hold a concession card. Also Capricorn Animal Aid in Rockhampton will assist with desexing if you also hold a concession card. Their website is www.capricornanimalaid.org.au. You could also contact your local Council or approach your local Vets. There is no Government funding to persuade them unfortunately !! If you have any further enquiries please contact us on 1300 368 992 and we try to assist you. Good luck !

Hi Kate, we have participation packs which we send to Vets if they request this. You could approach your local Vet and ask if they would like a pack then let us know. You can approach your local council to enquire if they have any subsidised desexing programs. We have posters/leaflets you can download on our website. Please contact us on 1300 368 992 if you require further information.

Anyone know a vet that will allow me to pay off two male cats to be de sexed microchipped and vaccinated, I'm struggling to find the money to do it or I'm going to give...
http://www.ndn.org.au .. This can help with desexing it's a cheaper rate. All you have to do is choose a vet (if not listed call them up & ask or call your nearest vet) from the list you fill in some details eg. Name , Breed of cat. Than they will send a voucher to your email stating how much it would be.
