I'm looking for a personal trainer that could offer some advice on training to run a marathon, preferably somebody who isn't linked to a gym, thank you!

Slimming World - Haylea Gavin - at Highfield on Wednesdays - 5 session options from 9.30.am to 7.30.pm. I've lost loads with SW and Haylea Gavin. Plus you get to meet some lovely inspirational people who are supportive and non-judgemental. Go, be a loser and a winner in the game of life!

Cheapest and best way is to jog around boxmoor common and gradually increase the amount of circuits. Start on the maze of paths opposite KD tower (loads of Canadian geese there at moment)
