I have Googled it. Many times. I have also called and emailed several restaurants over the last couple of years and regularly check Happycow.net. I came here hoping that someone would know of a hidden gem. I know of some places in surrounding areas, bu t would really rather not go far. I'd like to support local businesses. I lived in a little backwoods Georgia town that had two delicious Mexican restaurants that we went to, but since I've moved back to Southern California, I have been really disappointed with the lack of vegan options in this particular area.

My first year back, I went all the way to Venice Beach to get vegan donuts for my birthday haha San Diego has some great options as well.
