Dr Miner is THE world dr on MCAS and the gut. My other recommendation is Dr. Afrin though he doesn't take youth

I have researched this. I chose Dr. Afrin over Mayo. I have heard from others that Mayo sends you to lots of different specialists and then really doesn't help you with meds, etc. Afrin is the one writing the research as is Dr. Casells, who is the one in Boston. It takes 6 months to get an appt with Dr. Casells and three months to see Dr. Afrin.
